AnongSabi is a customer feedback platform that helps businesses collect customer feedback, understand feedback patterns and sentiment, and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Service may include feedback collection tools, dashboards, reports, messaging features, and other functionality that we may introduce from time to time.

You may use AnongSabi only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious software, harmful code, or other destructive content.
• Use the Service to collect information in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with a business or customer.

Some features of AnongSabi may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account and should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may manually create, configure, or assist with your account as part of our onboarding process.

AnongSabi allows businesses to collect feedback and other content from their customers.

You retain responsibility for the content you collect, upload, or otherwise submit through the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to collect and use customer information submitted to AnongSabi.

You must not use AnongSabi to collect sensitive or personal information unless you have a lawful basis to do so and the collection is consistent with applicable privacy laws.

If you use AnongSabi to send messages, notifications, reports, or other communications to customers, you are responsible for ensuring that those communications comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

This includes obtaining any required consent or opt-in before sending communications and respecting unsubscribe or opt-out requests.

AnongSabi may suspend messaging functionality if we reasonably believe it is being used for spam, abuse, or unauthorized communications.

Certain features of AnongSabi may require a paid subscription.

Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website or communicated during onboarding. Prices may change from time to time, but we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting your subscription.

If you are using a free plan or trial, we may impose reasonable usage limits.

We may offer free plans, trials, promotional access, or other limited-use versions of the Service.

Free access may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that a free plan or trial will remain available indefinitely.

We aim to keep AnongSabi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.

AnongSabi may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including hosting, email delivery, messaging, analytics, payment processing, or other infrastructure.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

The AnongSabi name, branding, website, software, design, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to AnongSabi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AnongSabi intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content and information that you submit to AnongSabi, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Service.

You grant AnongSabi permission to process, store, transmit, and display your content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Your use of AnongSabi is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in abusive behavior, or create a security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Where applicable, you may also request cancellation of your subscription.

AnongSabi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that insights, sentiment classifications, reports, or other information produced through the Service will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular business decision.

You are responsible for evaluating feedback and information provided through the Service before making business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnongSabi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, Service, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of AnongSabi after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
